A news is only a news Matt. Remember that it was posted in this site almost two years ago re: P100 Million for road network in Dinagat? It didn't happen... or it did but they built a bridge instead...
We can only say its good when it happened. Will it happen? any thoughts guys???

no matter how great news we have here, its not worth to be appreciated by Rex. it's sad to say that Rex is still having his grievancies that ruins the minds and optimism of our young people in libjo and all the readers in this website. we understand your feelings Rex, we just have to move on, OK!

matt: your WOW is not enough for Rex, sorry bro...

The only thing that can be appreciated is: the owner of this site tried his best to inform those who are no longer living in Libjo. I appreciate the effort of Matt knowing that he doesnt earn anything for this instead spending his own money. Having a promising news is not new in the Philippines and for those realists, improvements can only be appreciated when its implemented.

I am not trying to ruin the optimism of the young ones I just want to remind that something might go wrong somewhere that will create frustrations because the best of our planners are NOT good enough!!

Grievances? I have thousands of reason to have that in Wall Street, Singapore Exchange and ASX than in Libjo. But I managed to move on and accepted the reality that sometimes you will lose and gain!!

hi rex! what nature of work you are currently in? but i presumed you are not in the managerial or administrative because the way you looked at a plan is engulfed with pessimism and that is tantamount to inefficiency in leadership and lesser hope for the future, if not losing your faith at all.

do you deserved to be a mere servant(employee)or a leader?
