Sandiganbayan records showed public officials from the Caraga Region and the Western Visayas are the least corrupt in the country.
From 1979 to 2008 or a period of almost 30 years, only 41 cases were filed before the Sandiganbayan special anti-graft court against government officials from Caraga administrative region, which is composed of the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur; and the cities of Cabadbaran, Bayugan, Butuan, Surigao and Bislig. I dont beleive it. It just happened that all government officials are corrupt also, so no one of them has the courage to report what they are doing because they are all the same corrupt! Your Mayor in libjo is the good example of corrupt official. You know why? ill give you one case.. You can count how many decades during the time of
Llamera Sr., to his son Llamera junior,to his son's wife and going back again to the son Llamera junior until now... You better check the road from Libjo going to bolod, Imelda, Llamera and some other places, is there's any improvement during those time?????

i visited my beloved dinagat island last summer. in fairness, there are improvements. but i dont think its enough.

ang corruption dili ra man sad nang pagkawat sa kwarta sa gobyerno. apil sad nang pag-gamit sa implowensya nga bisan illegal dili dakpon kay dako man ug ranggo. tang-awa kuyaw nag mga sakyanan. way puhonan apil na sa negosyo sa mga intsik naa sa ginumbayan. naay kiha? waya.
