· At least College level or equivalent, preferably with educational background in engineering or any IT/computer-related course;
·Preferably with technical experience;
·Must not be related to any political candidate or member of any political party up to the fourth (4th) degree of consanguinity or affinity; and,
·Must be resident of Dinagat Island: Basilia (Rizal), Cagdianao, Dinagat, Libjo (Albor), Loreto, San Jose, and Tubajon.
